Abstract:
The present study has the objective to deep in the learning experiential model as an alternative of innovative learning in local higher education. Latin American universities have weaknesses in their educational systems relating to the amount of formed elements, the quality of learning, the reduced differentiation of tenders; as well as the absence of systems for updating the skills. All these elements affect the performance of the professional productivity of the graduating students, and this is the main reason to look for solutions that help to eliminate these existing anomalies.

The research focuses on the description of the most relevant elements related to the Experiential learning styles, which include a high participation of the students. Among the main underlying elements that comprise the learning styles, we can find: the inventory of the learning styles, the learning cycle, the stages of the learning cycle and the grid of the learning style. In the research, there is also an aproach with the co-creation as an enhancer of these experiential models. The co-creation is an approach to marketing, through which it seeks the collaboration and participation of the stakeholders involved in the processes of production/services. The study analyzes how addition co-creation in university environments can contribute to the implementation of these experiential models.

The methodology is based on a review of academic literature, which includes the analysis of articles and journals indexed in databases like the ISI Web of Knowledge and EBSCO, covering the period of the past five years. Considering the enriching importance that the literature reviews possess in the academic area, it can develop interests of strengthening the existing theoretical bases as well help in the detection of possible gaps in the field to explore.

The main contribution of this study is the identification of the positive impact of the teaching/learning strategies based on the Experiential model in university students. With the implementation of these alternatives, the quality of the methodologies implemented is enhanced, in addition to develop skills of high importance for the students' labor development.
