Abstract:
The objective of the present study is to approach the ICTs based on the integration in pedagogical environment and its relation with digital competences at university teacher. In this context, it seeks to demonstrate the activities of generation, diffusion and management of digital educational materials through the author tools and learning objects.

On the other hand, it highlights the linking of some components with co-creation, with the focus of involving both, teacher and student in the generation of digital educational materials. It should be noted that co-creation comes from marketing, based on the collaboration and participation of parties involved in many production processes as well as services. The study also addresses the co-creation issue as an element which contributes to the generation of digital educational materials.

The methodology is based on a review of academic literature, which includes analysis of articles and journals, indexed in databases such as ISI Web of Knowledge, EBSCO, Proquest SpringerLink, within the period of the last five years.
Finally, the significant contribution of this study is to integrate pedagogical environment with digital competences at university teacher, with support in ICTs.
