All sensitive points of social management starting with motivation arrive to our research conducted in Ural Federal University, where department of youth work is developing for more than ten years. The unique aggregation of people on teaching and learning side of the institutionalized project gives rise to re-evaluation of social skills taught in the university. Our research relied on qualitative methodology (interviewing practicing experts in youth work alongside qualitative surveying of youth work students) with goal to elucidate principal personality aspects of a new education in the history of modern Russian universities.
