Abstract:
Introduction:
The Telehealth Brazil Networks Programme is a national action that seeks to improve the quality of care and primary care in the Unified Health System (SUS), integrating teaching and service through information technology tools, which offers conditions to promote Tele-assistance and Tele-education. One of the program's areas of expertise is the Teleconsultation held by means of telecommunication tools to answer questions about health actions, clinical procedures and issues related to work processes. To optimize the use of human resources and generate indicators that assist in decision making, it has been developed an application for monitoring all stages of the process.

Objective:
To enable the monitoring of all stages of teleconsultation, locate faults and vulnerabilities, and execute auditing and controling of the monthly payment of professionals working on the platform.

Methodology:
The web application was developed in PHP language, using the front-end framework Bootstrap and MySQL database.

Result:
After the deployment, there was a significant reduction in delays of responses, decrease in unread teleconsultation and significant increase in the amount of teleconsultation performed.

Conclusion:
The system has major breakthrough in managing the program, with greater fluidity and transparency to the information obtained, ensuring faster response and better quality for the end user of the platform.
