Abstract:
In recent years, universities have integrated tutorial action plans into the learning teaching process, adapted to the European Higher Education Area. The Tutorial Plan of Action (TPA), through which the teacher-tutor guides this process throughout the training action, aims to contribute to the improvement of the quality of teaching-learning, by enabling the detection of specific needs and mismatches. In particular, the Official Master's Degree in Work and Organitational Psychology and Legal and Forensic Psychology of the University of Santiago de Compostela has a Tutorial Plan of Action at the service of students, since its implementation in the 2011-2012 academic year. That is why this study was planned in which we plan to analyze the satisfaction of the students with the Master´s and examine the service of the Tutorial Plan of Action, for which an ad hoc questionnaire was applied, which was completed by 168 students, who had completed this qualification. The results reflect that the students present a high level of satisfaction with a value of 9.47 over a maximum of 10 (DT = 14.01). In addition, students consider the Tutorial Plan of Action as a tool of high interest in the Master's Degree, which improves its development both academically, personally and professionally. Finally, the results are discussed taking into account the importance of emphasizing the implementation of teaching innovation resources such as the TPA as they are well received by students, and possibly a high degree of satisfaction.
