Abstract:
The current research is directed to the EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students. Its main is to develop a technological platform that helps with the practice of English oral skills through Task-based approach activities. So that, students can improve their oral communication in English.

It is based on a premise that activities or tasks for speaking practice should be presented in a dynamic and interactive way, taking into account a theoretical investigation about the revolutionary method called Task-based language learning Teaching.

It is an applied and qualitative research. So, the diagnosis was gathered throughout the use of the inductive, analytic methods and as instruments of data analysis, the observation and surveys were of great help.

A system was developed and it is focused on two types of users: teachers and students. This system is formed into two lessons modules which are the practice and evaluations. It was built using the Php language, framework, and the database mysql. It was necessary to carry out validation tests related to functional and usability in order to work on some adjustments. Finally, the developed system meets the teachers and students’ requirements when it contributes to the self-learning process to achieve the academic objectives.
