INTEGRATION OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION ECOSYSTEM MODEL COMPONENTS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract:
Significant changes are being implemented in the education system of Latvia at all levels of education and educational institutions. Sustainable and efficient administration of the education system and resources is becoming more and more topical. When delving into the consequences of the implementation of the educational reform, it is necessary to understand theoretically and practically how the transformation of the educational process administration paradigm takes place in order to arrive at the optimal facilitation of the sustainable development of the institutional ecosystem operation, in order to create a diverse, accessible to everyone educational environment for sustainable individual and society’s development. The goal of the publication is to promote a theoretically based model of the educational administration ecosystem in one of the municipalities of Latvia, revealing the contributing components of the education specialists’ (ambassadors of change) integrated environmental solutions (IES) for the sustainable development of the quality and efficiency of pedagogical work. Research object: justification of the structure of the educational administration ecosystem operating model in the management and administration of pedagogical processes in the municipality.
In order to develop the effectiveness of the education specialists’ cooperation in the education ecosystem and promote the quality of pedagogical activity in education problem-solving in the municipality, based on the analysis of theoretical knowledge and regulatory documents, an innovative model of educational administration has been developed. As a result of the theoretical analysis, the components of the structure of the administration model and mutual interferences have been determined, which purposefully facilitate the planning, organization and monitoring of educational processes in the municipality in the integration of educational processes for sustainable development.
Applying the theoretical and SWOT analysis, based on the study of educational processes of pedagogical reality, the educational administration principles for the sustainable development of the institutional ecosystem have been established and recommendations have been developed for the promotion of integrated solutions of the ecosystem operation of educational administration for the development of the quality and efficiency of pedagogical processes, as well as for the search of creative educational specialists’ innovations in promotion of education sustainability. The conceptual structure of the educational administration ecosystem model and strategies for the integration of its components for the sustainable development of the education field in the municipality are offered for discussion.Keywords:
