Abstract:

In 2026, the labor market is undergoing a radical transformation driven by autonomous artificial intelligence and new forms of hybrid collaboration. This paper identifies and classifies the key skills that have become essential for young graduates entering this dynamic environment. The research emphasizes the essential synergy between advanced digital literacy, green skills for a sustainable economy, and highly developed soft skills, which together form a foundation for agentic AI competence. The study focuses on critical thinking in a post-truth era and the capacity for real-time learning (Lifelong Learning 2.0). Rather than presenting primary empirical data, this paper serves as a comprehensive review and synthesis of contemporary institutional reports, predictive labor market models, and secondary data from global educational platforms. By systematically categorizing this secondary data, the study defines the profile of the 'adaptable professional' as a multi-disciplinary individual capable of integrating environmental responsibility with technological fluency.
