Abstract:

The fast development of technology and the Internet have had a big impact on business, entertainment and education. In addition to the development of technology, people have started to think about how to apply these advanced technologies. In the case of technology use, we cannot make global assessments: technological development is beneficial or harmful; rather we should educate ourselves on its effective use. The preference of children and young people for the use of technological means should be used with the aim of motivating and involving them in curricular and extracurricular tasks with professional orientation, which will ensure them a secure future.
There is no doubt that modern technologies influence mental development and, in particular, communication. The information society represents a new stage in human civilization, a new, qualitatively superior way of life involving the intensive use of information in all spheres of human activity and existence, with a major economic and social impact. It allows its members wide access to information, a new way of working and knowing, enhances the possibility of economic globalization and increases social cohesion.
The impact of networked technology on education is first reflected in the "e-learning classroom", which is defined as an environment that uses information technology functions to achieve different "Learning Models". New network and information technologies are constantly being applied in education, such as Internet-based learning environment, hypertext textbooks (hypertext), artificial intelligence, software agents, World Wide Web (WWW).
The aim of this article is to explore the impact of technology and innovation on education. The research process adopted is to analyze and summarize relevant issues discussed in the literature. We will analyze the four different aspects of the impact of the Internet on education, namely: learning environment, learning style, teacher-student interaction and teaching content, in order to propose a theoretical framework for studying the impact of technology on education and to answer the questions: Is it possible to replace the role of teachers with computers or electronic environments in the future? What impact will have advanced technologies on education?
