Abstract:
The article presents the results of studying the problem of improving the quality of middle managers for the oil and gas industry professional training. The analysis of the definitions available in the scientific literature and the author's understanding of the essence and content of the quality of secondary vocational education is given. The factors influencing the quality of education are shown: the active participation of employers in the educational process; the focus of professional institutions on the market, their willingness and desire to actively engage in employment of graduates, willingness to seek contacts with enterprises; preparing students for the realities of the modern labor market. The article analyzes the world experience in the implementation of public-private partnership in vocational education. The article substantiates the pedagogical potential of educational and industry clusters for improving the quality of middle-level specialists of the oil and gas industry training. organizational-pedagogical conditions of realization of this potential are formulated: determination of the education content based on dual approach reflecting the specific needs of the customer and providing practice-oriented training contents; training of employees of educational organizations in enterprises; development and implementation of activities in the educational organization quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard EN ISO 9001: 2008Keywords:
