With the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) arrival, we are approaching to a European convergence proposal but there is also space for diversity. All the study plans leading to the obtaining of the same official degree might have the same total numbers of credits and they might contain the common educational contents defined in the own degree guidelines. The final aim of all Universities is to get the best pharmacist as can be possible.

The Bologna Plan has allowed a shared European higher education policy to be formed, with the collaboration of educators, students, experts and politicians from 46 countries over a 20-year period. It is the result of an extraordinary convergence effort that is turning Article 149 of the Constitutional Treaty of the European Community into a reality, which "will contribute to the development of a quality education system, promoting cooperation among Member States".

Bologna´s declaration in 1999 started a new process of changes and amortization of Europe University System to adapt them to the European Area for Higher Education. It involves a huge structural and methodological change in our syllabuses which main aim is to increase the responsibility of the student in his own learning. In previous studies we calculate what is the mark that pupils evaluate themselves and now, the aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the mark obtained in the final examination and salary expectation to obtain.

A group of students in Biopharmaceutics class (3rd year of pharmacy degree) of Miguel Hernandez University and University of Valencia was selected to demonstrate it and to compare the results obtained in both Universities. University os Valencia group was about 80 students, and Miguel Hernandez University about 60 students. Students were urged to score, at the same final exam, the expected salary to earn after obtaining the degree, taking into account the knowledge and experience they will be able to bring to the job.

The results showed an interesting correlation between exam mark and salary expected.
