Abstract:
Taking into account that the substantive functions of every university include research, extension and teaching, this article presents the findings of the investigation of the teaching-learning processes, based on the application of instruments in focus groups and interviews. open and semi-structured with teachers and students of the Business Administration program at the Rectoría Uniminuto Virtual. There, different perceptions about the particularity of these pedagogical environments were explored, in order to produce information that feeds the indicators of the Teaching category: the relationship between theory and practice in the construction of knowledge, significant teaching-learning experiences , the relevance of the pedagogy and didactics addressed and finally, the strategies of accompaniment to students. These findings will contribute to the search for viable alternatives for the achievement of national indicators, which contribute to the improvement of competitiveness indices, educational quality, innovation and quality of life of the population, in addition to allowing the design of strategies that lead to to the development of good practices and the efficient use of assigned resources.
