Abstract:
Public education is a classic tool for equal opportunities, social inclusion, equality. Its above features are some of the main reasons to invest-in and develop education. Although the Polish example (the last 25 years) clearly shows - opposite option - that despite initial intentions, the school system becomes an another, power full, way for social exclusion. In his text, and the presentation I wanted to show a few key, selected, examples of systemic errors in education together with a description of the causes and consequences of exclusion in that field.

The first signs of that can be observe at the kindergarten stage - for example, by unequal access to state kindergartens.

Then the stages of primary and secondary school, where he outlines a clear distinction between school better, more efficient complete success and those doomed to fail.

High school stage: in transferring unnecessary, even useless content and competencies (both practically and theoretically).

Finally, the system of higher education acting as if detached from the labor market and the economy - "producing unemployed".
The text is the result of many years of work and analysis. Based on both national and own studies.
