Abstract:
The closure of schools was one of the results of the global epidemic, which led some governments to involve students in distance learning without prior studying the needs or skills of students or looking at their educational backgrounds and acceptance of the experiment. Some governments (such as in Kuwait) were not ready for such a procedures which caused them to stop the school year and cancel the rest of the small grades (prior K9) and postpone the remaining (K10 and above including university students) till the summer which results in late school studies for the coming year.

In this paper, we will study the needed skills for each grade level as well as type of distance learning tools, taking into consideration the epidemic effect and pressure that might affect students and what laws and rules that should be implemented to better serve the students if this type of learning is to be implemented. We will also concentrate on knowledge transform through video in a synchronized versus asynchronous manner and what procedures should be available when applying this type of education in cases of spread of the epidemic.
