Abstract:
The European Higher Education Area (EHEA) aims to implement a change in the European university degree systems. New plans aim to provide students with practical tools for their future professional development, where former academic plans were designed to provide students with the theoretical knowledge that they needed to manage in private practice.

Within the task of providing the students with the necessary tools for their future professional practice in the field of law, we propose the creation of “law clinics” by law schools. In this law clinics last year students would put into action all they have learnt during all their previous years of study; that way students will be dealing with clients as if they were already working as attorneys. During the normal development of the meetings with clients students will engage contact with them and explain the best course of action to solve the problem that the client has, after getting the most information possible out of him or her. These interviews will be assessed by attorneys in practice that will assess every counsel and all documents drawn up by the students.

All this will allow the students in their future daily practice to be able to solve the particular problems posed by each customer providing quality legal service.
