Abstract:
The European Higher Education Area (EHEA) aims to implement a change in the teaching system of law degree by giving the student more practical tools in order for them to be able to provide a better quality service in their future practice as attorneys.

Teaching the students, with practical classes, how to manage a case file can be a good practical tool to provide the students with having in mind the perspective of their future forensic practice in law offices.

Since having a well organized file for each case an attorney is taking care of is really important, students must learn all the necesary information they need to collect from their future clients in order to be able to get all the facts of the case the client is presenting his or her self with to better asses the case and give the best avise to the client on how to proceed.

The student must also learn to be able to collect all the data from the client while understanding his or her situation and at the same time be thinking of the best strategies to confront the case; all this knowledge can be given to the students with practical classes where they are separated in groups of attorneys and clients, and the clients are given a specific situation they have to transmit to the attorney so he or her will have to start the file on the client.

This type of practical classes will alow the students to get in touch for the first time with case file management and will also allow them to start their own organization system for their future practice.
