Abstract:
Today, teaching strategy in a Business School consists, most of time in exposing long series of theoretical lectures providing concepts. The participants have to follow a process of diagnosis, choice and implementation decisions.

However, in the real life of managers and business leaders, such an approach is not efficient. Indeed, experience shows that this type of public cannot devote long hours to this activity, particularly in SMEs. Moreover, these learners need to use media immediately available for the questions they ask,and at the moment they ask them. That is the reason why, the added value of a pedagogical tool has to be based on the possibility to answer immediately to the expectations of the users, and avoid a too academic process.

Finally, another dimension is sought: the possibility to talk, discuss, and debate issues of strategy more collectively. Indeed, when it comes to strategic management, the CEO of a small firm faces difficulties to share his concerns. That is why it is now necessary to provide applications facilitating collective uses among peers.
The principle of flipped pedagogy focuses on the fact that the most important is not the content, but how participants will insert these tools in their decision process. This is exactly the purpose of the application presented here ClickStrat

Why ClickStrat ?
Today, learning environments for executives needs to be used at any times, any place, any device. The effectiveness of the flipped pedagogy is proven: the transfer of content is no longer (or little) in the presence of the trainer or teacher but individually at one's own pace through an application.

The public is waiting for short formats: a concept to be presented, explained and memorized in 30 minutes, with a clear message for immediate implementation in the form of "take away" . This application needs to be as close as possible to the personal situation of the participants : a case study, a problem solving process, a management simulation, a role play negotiation, a business game ...

What are the components of ClickSrtat?
Clickstrat is a strategic toolbox potentially with 100 tools that sweep across the full breadth of the field of management science non-academic way: marketing, finance, management, supply chain, CSR strategy.... are disciplines that are available to the user as a pocket knife or a basic manual. ClickStrat is for "decision makers". More than the "what ?" or "why?" these tools are focused on the "how?" question.
Clickstrat is a HUB, naturally used by all "travelers" in correspondence to their various destinations: the path that they are following diploma or not, in the context of training inside of our business school, or as a way to extend the training to refresh or strengthen his achievements in the context of his professional life.

What are the main aims of this application ?
1-Discovering a situation,
2- Understanding a concept,
3- Memorizing the core messages,
4- Applying in a personal context.

The step 2 (Understanding) is supported by digital tutorial.

Technologically, what is the shape of the ClickStrat?
ClickStrat can be presented on three media types: personal computer, tablet, smartphone. To implement the project manager coordinates the flow of content and dialogue with an operator who is responsible for the architecture of the platform, the design of graphics animations, the integration of videos.
