Abstract:
Students at University classrooms nowadays belong to a generation immersed in new technologies, entertained and communicated through social networks. The profile of the students has changed significantly in recent years and therefore it is necessary to adapt the learning systems to the new context.

In the department of Architectural Technology of the University of Zaragoza, we have detected that students make searches of constructive solutions and architectural details through social networks, web platforms and audio-visual media. These solutions have the advantage of being more accessible than in the past. As a peculiarity, it is observed that the authors of these resources are very varied: architectural firm authors of the project, authors who have studied the architectural work, students from other universities who have completed assignment for similar courses, etc. Therefore, in the information Age, access to constructive solutions is easy; however, reliability has not been revised. The university studies must provide the student criteria to be able to revise the large amount of information found in their autonomous work with a critical vision.
