Abstract:
The development and use of the Technologies of Information and Communication (ICT) have transformed our conceptualization of classrooms, causing changes in the organization and interaction, facilitating the development of innovative educational strategies and environments of formal education “on line” between teacher and student. The Virtual Classroom, are digital spaces designed for teaching, are not unique to online education because it also can be used as support for traditional university teaching.

We request 35 students to solve a questionnaire about their experience regarding the complementary Virtual classroom to traditional classroom class. 87.5% of students believe that the use of Virtual Classrooms reinforcing classroom sessions and supports their learning. 56% of the students surveyed considered that the most useful activity of the proposals in virtual classrooms were the forums, for the opportunity for discussion and debate. The times spent on the activities in virtual classrooms were 4 hours for 38%, 3 hours for 25% and 6 hours for 13%.
