PROGRAM TO RAISE AWARENESS OF ETHICAL BEHAVIOR THROUGH THE USE OF TECHNOLOGICAL MEDIA

Abstract:
This paper presents the description of the program designed to raise awareness of ethical behavior in business, aimed at students of the master's degree in business administration (MBA) of a business school in Lima. The program contains a series of modules designed to be followed through synchronous sessions via zoom and asynchronous through mobile learning methodology (m-learning) from the WhatsApp application.
The start of the program was the result of the pilot carried out in the research conducted by Sofia Montañez and advised by Elizabeth Flores to opt for the Master's degree in Educational Integration and Innovation of Information and Communication Technologies. As a result of the success of the proposal and considering the contributions of those who at that time were the sample for the pilot, the necessary adjustments were made and it was assumed by the School of Business where this program is carried out, being the thesis student who now coordinates this process.
The first thing was to adapt the digital media according to the groups, the topics were organized and adjusted sequentially and the dynamics of exchange and collaborative work were incorporated when dealing with ethical issues that are better adapted. It is a proposal that facilitates the development of better relationship models, it is offered as a free access training alternative, adapting perfectly to adult participants dedicated to the business world.Keywords:
