Abstract:
Automation is a frequent topic to counter problematic situations, like the COVID pandemic on 2019. In the educational field, Pedagogues and Methodologists talk about virtual assistant (chatbot) and virtual environment (Learning Support System, Learning Management System). The LMS used is a Moodle Platform (TUIS) to test students’ knowledge, and the file hosting service used is MS OneDrive to share content (texts, lessons, exercises). Files are digitized from analog to digital (JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, MOBI, EPUB, IBA, MP3, MPEG, MP4, MOV, etc.), to be used in different platforms. The digital transformation adopts in an organization (in this case a university) the digital technology to share content and make profit. The study gives an example of a prototype created through Power Virtual Agents by a Pedagogue-Methodist at RUDN University. This chatbot prototype can be thought of as a virtual teacher, which can be used to simplify the tasks of teachers, when students are frequently asking the same questions in grammatical, lexical and educational program and their rating point marks. The pedagogical environment changes from traditional to virtual environment and create a modern relation between teacher and learner considering platforms (Moodle, MOOC, etc.). The real challenge is to let this virtual assistant learn on it own: how to effectively share content and teach students. In this case, the program must use AGI (Artificial General Intelligence). The result shows that it is necessary to connect machines to each other via AI using a big database to learn. And also, the AI can have a NN (Neural Network) for deep learning, this complex system of algorithms gives the possibility to the machines to make their own choices.
