Abstract:
In the creative industry atmosphere, there are several approaches and understandings on how to make use the new ideas and innovations to produce the innovation products such as films, cartoon animations, novels, songs, product designs, architectures and visual communications. These ideas and innovations are related to the tangible and intangible mediums. Coincidentally, the creative industry also gave a beneficial to the education fields by creating the education products such as education courseware, books, magazines and games. Therefore, the term of edutainment had been applied in the industries. Moreover, the idea of producing the intellectual products not only for the common purposes but we also creates the product that give the value in the learning environment. The products which created must have the elements of education which educates people in positive manners. For example, a computer games which not only for the entertainment but in the end result, they will be improving their certain skills and knowledge. In this paper, the conceptual reviews on the teaching methods by using animation as an instructional tool to gain their motivations and engagements. The benefits of animation in education were revealed on how to create the multimedia courseware effectively.
