Abstract:
The article presents a study of the problem of innovative educational and training methods for informal learning of young people in the situation of social exclusion in Bulgaria. Most authors who study informal education find it unregulated by laws or other regulations. It is considered both in institutionalized schools and independently of them. Informal learning defined in a dialogue between the trainer and the learner. In self-education, learners themselves determine their goals, tasks, content, technologies according to their needs, motives, interests, opportunities. Informal learning ends when the goal is achieved when needs, interests are met. No document is received and no rights of the person are guaranteed. In most cases, even if a completed course document is issued, it is not equivalent to the documents issued in formal education and its recognition depends on the wishes of an employer.

The aim of informal learning is to develop the intellect, culture, personal qualities and personal qualities of man. They are important primarily for personal realization both in the profession and in life.

The issue of informal (parallel, unofficial) learning was first introduced in the 1970s with the development of the mass media. They become a serious source of information and knowledge and in one way or another influence the formation of beliefs and values, depending on the intellect and culture of individuals. This learning is not externally organized, has no formal structure and there is a place in everyday life and work.

The main objective of the study is to determine the place and effectiveness of innovative methods in the process of informal education for young people at risk of social exclusion in Bulgaria. The research aims to analyse the current situation and to offer concrete ideas for a solution.

Methodology:
In the research are used common methods of scientific knowledge, namely:
theoretical analysis (primary and secondary), synthesis, comparison; content analysis of international and national programs and regulatory documents, opportunities for using interactive learning in informal education; observation; media monitoring and content analysis based on an empirical material from press clippings of media publications on projects funded by the European Union. The method of personal observation was used to gain an authentic idea and to assess the status of informal education of young people at risk of social exclusion in Bulgaria.

Results:
• Comprehensive analysis and impact assessment of informal education for young people at risk of social exclusion in Bulgaria are made.
• Identification of innovative changes in the methods of working with young people in the field of informal education is outlined.
• The prospects for the development of informal education in Bulgaria in the context of "good practices" in the European Union are defined.
The research can be useful both for those interested in the theoretical aspects of informal education for young people at risk of social exclusion and for practitioners.
