Communications are an essential part of the organization and without them its existence is impossible. Corporate culture is the one that determines the way in which the communications in the organization will be realized and the extent to which their role for the effective development of the company is given importance. At the same time, communications support the overall process of managing the corporate culture in the organization - from its creation to its retransmission and maintenance, its change and management.

The value of communication is presented to all stakeholders of the organization. Managers, shareholders and employees are defined as internal stakeholders of the organization, and as external - customers, suppliers, media, various unions, administrative units with which the organization is in contact, the local community. Through communication with internal stakeholders, it is necessary to emphasize the understanding of innovation by presenting its essence and meaning, to encourage support for it, and to positively strive for its implementation, as well as the motivation for sustainable attitudes to innovate.

The culture of innovation helps organizations to rediscover their own essence in new dimensions and thus maintains a constant desire to create new products and services, the ability of employees to adapt, to quickly learn new skills and ways to take action and make decisions in the conditions of turbulence of the environment, with an emphasis on creativity and experimentation in the long run, the ultimate goal of which is the creation of value for all groups related to the organization.
