Abstract:
Education in general is a process of acquiring new knowledge, skills or abilities, respectively their improvement. This process has to be a part of each professional field, whether it is private or public sector. This paper focuses on the education and learning of professionals in the field of crisis management. Depending on the level of crisis management, performed tasks and used resources are different, therefore the content of employees’ education also differs at these levels. The main aim of the paper is to highlight the difference between educations of professionals working at the national and international crisis management level. The emphasis will be placed especially at the international level, which is represented by organizations of the international crisis management. These organizations, despite of the similar objectives related to strengthen peace in the world, use various forms and methods for the purpose of their members education. The result of the paper will be summarization and comparison of the education process in conditions of the international crisis management organizations and then measures to improve of some educational processes will be propose.Keywords:
