Abstract:
Introduction:
The PAGES project is financed by the ERASMUS+ Programme, under the key action “Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices”. Its implementation started on1 October 2017 and ends on 30 September 2019. The total budget of the project is €179,203.

Consortium:
The project is coordinated by Foro Técnico de Formación (Spain). Other partners are: St. Kliment Ohridski University, Sofia (Bulgaria); EFFEBI Association (Italy); Madrid Complutense University (Spain); Confederación Autismo España (Spain); National Autistic Society (UK); Ontrack Education (UK); TP-Theater (Sweden). The project launch meeting took place in Madrid on 27-28October 2017.

Context:
The project focuses on people with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and is articulated around 3 axes: intervention, education, and inclusion in the labour market.

Objective:
The main objective is to promote equality for, and welfare of, people with ASD in the regular labour market and, via training in work-related skills, to prepare them for potential employment;

Expected results:
We have selected for this presentation the 3 following expected outcomes of our project:
1. To specify the basic competences of people with ASD in the workplace; both the necessary ones that they lack, and those they already have that are useful for their inclusion in the labour market. Comparative data will be obtained regarding the most common professional profiles of this collective in the countries of the four partners (ES, BG, IT and UK)
2. To specify the needs of the socio-educational professionals in contact with the vocational and socio-labour training of people with ASD and employers of companies committed to or working towards a culture of Corporate Social Responsibility through inclusion of groups with protected characteristics.
In order to obtain said data, a survey will be developed on the necessary competences of people with ASD for aid their inclusion in the labour market, we will complete the following activities: design of the survey, implementation of the survey in all countries and evaluation of the surveys, selection of work-related competencies and definition of appropriate professional achievements to complete a robust evaluation.
3. Introduction to the CPT (Cultural Pedagogical Theatre) method and its applications in educational groups, and in the development and exploration of varying situations through training activities carried out in the four partner countries (Spain, Bulgaria, Italy and the UK). We will introduce the CPT (Cultural Pedagogical Theatre) method and its applications in educational groups. Participants will be trained to present the method to a specialist audience (teachers, educators, social and health professionals of the sector) and to explore how the method is applied in three phases: Interactive Form Theatre (IFT), Interactive Design Theatre (IDT) and Interactive Script Writing (ISW).

Participants in the different activities of the Survey will be professionals with experience of ASD (specialist teachers, educators or social workers, psychologists or health professional, etc ...) provided by the partners. The survey will be distributed through the networks of partners to services of socio-labor insertion and special employment centres in all countries.

The participants of the training activities in the four partner countries (Spain, Bulgaria, Italy, UK) will be professionals/teachers representing the partners (according to the size of the organization).
