Abstract:
The development of Final Projects Woks with BIM elements (Building Integrated Modeling) and software tools is a reality that is being implemented in civil engineering and architecture degree programs. This fact is associated in parallel with the implementation of this type of technology in private and public companies that work in the development or supervision of projects, in order to improve their productivity and efficiency. Therefore, students of these technical degrees should begin to adapt their Final Project Work integrating BIM and computer tools under the supervision and monitoring of their tutors.

In this document we apply this innovation methodology showing an example of how different software tools can be applied in the execution of the design of the different parts in a project. The key to success of this experience has been the application of new technology in final project works, and the conclusion is that the student obtains a higher skill in its development.
