Abstract:
Strategic Innovation is one of the most frequented terms in the new business solutions. However in order to build up the company based on innovation to be more competitive, we have to create a Discovery Process. This is a method to show how to be a better than the others, how to create more innovative portfolio and new business opportunities. To be a successful means to use the five phases of the discovery process, to understand flexibility of the discovery process according to size of the company, size of industry, type of industry, strategic frontier and degree of innovation desires. This last term is the one of the most important things to understand in your own strategy to achieve the best Entrepreneur profit ever. The conclusion of this paper should be to formularise the real situation in the Czech Small and Middle Enterprises in the connection with management mandate, corporate infrastructure, innovation process and corporate culture at all.
