Abstract:
At present, a full-fledged educational process is difficult to imagine without the use of modern digital technologies. Digital educational resources are being actively introduced into the practice of teaching foreign languages, which can increase the interest of students, their motivation and degree of involvement in the educational process, as well as consolidate the knowledge acquired in the traditional way.

Digital educational resources are distinguished by the widespread use of multimodal texts, that is, textual, linguistic and audiovisual modes that are used to compose and transmit messages. In the digital space there is a huge variety of educational resources that can be successfully integrated into the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language to children.

However, it is worth noting that the success of teaching foreign languages to children will directly depend not only on the content of Internet resources, but also on the proper design, design, since children have a special perception and knowledge of the world.

So, when designing digital educational resources intended for children, the following parameters should be taken into account: age group, color palette, typography, speech speed, complexity of phrases and sentences, images and drawings, videos, sounds, animation, interactivity, games, navigation, structure of site.

The use of methodically correctly designed digital educational resources in the practice of teaching foreign languages to children allows achieving high results, since the same material teaches and develops different types of speech activity in a new entertaining interactive form.
