Abstract:
The gradual development of inclusive / joint learning in European countries has become, after the initial difficulties, a major model of undergraduate training for people with special education needs. Most countries seek "national" approaches to the fulfilment of the fundamental rights of persons with disabilities (within the scope of education) to reflect, on the one hand, the provisions of international obligations (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) and, on the other hand, to be based on the national wealth of methods and forms of work with the target group of pupils. Thus, to a certain extent, a “national” databank was created, an excellent compendium of support measures elaborated according to a precise classification scheme. It covers the specific needs of different groups of pupils due to the existence of special educational needs. And last but not least, considering the rate of loss of the original function - all processed in connection with the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health - ICF. The catalogue has been compiled by more than a hundred experts from universities, school counselling facilities and excellent practitioners. The content of the Catalogue reflected extensive research into the needs of attitudes of teaching staff working in inclusive education. The article will provide a detailed description of the internal structure of this Catalogue and has the ambition to become an inspiration for providing support to pupils with special educational needs in other countries.
