             Abstract:
The paper is designed to present an  assessment of the present situation in order  to devise a strategy by integrating innovative environmental education  for achievement of   most challenging task of sustained and equitable development of New Libya. After careful review of identified environmental issues  it highlights the need for appropriate technical solutions  for their mitigation and sustainable  resource utilization. The objective is to focus on the innovative ways people need to perform their trade, profession or occupation. After  presenting  elements of Status, Structure Gaps & Success Stories of Technological  Education  it highlights policies, programs  which are being initiated to encourage efficient use of  country resources by adopting technologies that lead less harm to the environment.
Finally it demonstrates a way forward  based on best practices to show that how reorientation of education system  to heightened sense of responsibility towards eco-friendly rebuilding of New Libya is being introduced.Keywords:
