Abstract:
The gradual progress of mobile devices, together with the wide availability of educational content in both free and paid form, has encouraged the spread of different models of learning and training. This evolution has seen a gradual shift of the models of learning towards greater personalization and self-management of pathways to access content, and therefore a substantial differentiation in the rhythm and pace of learning. The transformation of the user experience also requires attentive reflection on the language and the meaning of monitoring and the requirements of tutoring, in relation to a learning process that transforms, expands and is enriched through the addition of new and diversified input.

From the point of view of organizations, in fact , mobile learning requires a greater structuring of the contents, in order to make the profiling of users possible, the adoption of different languages and the use of different times for studying that may be segmented into short and immediate experiences.
In this sense, a learning model based on learning experiences, which is concise and effective, in a sequence and structure suitable for the user, and above all with a strong dimension offline, requires a substantial revision of the organizational models of classic e-learning systems.
The major challenge for organizations is to manage the entry of new paradigms of learning by adapting or transforming the organizational model of business education.

The introduction of learning that can be enjoyed even on mobile devices , in fact, opens the doors to a new perspective, which on the one hand incorporates new categories of workers traditionally excluded from e-learning due to the lack of places to study , while on the other hand it places new demands on teaching by shifting the focus of training from monitoring usage and the results obtained , towards the personalization and empowerment of individual self-learning particularly offline.

To make the prospects of employing mobile devices feasible, in the field of organizations , it therefore becomes important to define patterns and areas of intervention.

The creation of an editor of digital content -oriented towards organizations both online and offline, provided us with an opportunity to reflect on these issues and to come up with an initial response to the management of the process of change of e-learning.

This paper intends to analyze the emerging demands within the organization, trying to answer the following questions:
a) How can the training model be changed so as to conduct training courses and e-learning in business using mobile devices?
b) What instances are generated to control the training from the point of view of the organization?
c ) What are the advantages and opportunities for those who have to organize training and also for the user?
d ) How to manage a mobile - based course including the personalization of the study path?
e) How to change the information needs of the organization?
f) How can you monitor your training ?
g ) How does the process of tutoring in mobile learning work?
