             Abstract:
In the paper is considered the several parts of research for knowledge creation in the frame of the modern higher educational reforms. They are: Problem idea, thinking about cultural and social change in society through research and technology development and the main research directions of high educational reforms towards a knowledge
1.Problem Idea
When we consider the process of the human capital development, it seemed that traditional education methods for the professional responsible education not suitable to meet the new requirements of 21st century. Therefore sustainable changes was needed towards more accessible, flexible, professional education which can meet to lifelong learning and internationalization – the main directions of the digital century. This step was the educational reforms in the frame of the Bologna process. Under this reform an important feature of education would be efficient combination of academic components: scientific research, practical knowledge, pedagogical values, cultural context to the process of industrial production: planning, economy, organization, control, marketing, management and etc. Together transferring course materials, ICT can facilitate the acquisition of knowledge by offering access to databases and by simulation of process.
We make the modern steps towards of joining to European educational sphere but the reforms in this direction have some of problems and among of them is a lack in connection with the development student’s research skills.
The problems is considered in the various cases:
First: On the bacholar level student must understand research methods which may be student can use in future. The educational programs do not suply this level and more, when student prepars master thesis, he/she must use these methods actually.
Second: At the universities would be organizing student focus groups or even one-on-one conversations in order to gain better insights into how the students conduct their research. That might allow us to better understand how students approach research assignments and where they are most challenged and organize research centers at the universities, where we can devise the effective methods of helping our students to develop the research skills as the students see their professors as more helpful with research assignments whereas students at research universities find their faculty harder to reach for help and less understanding.
Third: The academic research is a painful process for students. Research is difficult and the educational reforms must improve students’ research competences as the students don’t understand that not every research topic is a good one.
2. Thinking about cultural and social change in society through research and technology development
Today public discussion about the role of research by using new technology and their influence on society plays an overgrowing role in social life and become concentrated on Knowledge and Knowledge societies, communities and Social networks which promote new research methods for affecting all aspects of modern education reforms.
3. The main research directions of high educational reforms towards a knowledge as the relationship of Education and Knowledge through ICT and The role of knowledge for decision makingKeywords:
