FOR THE MODULE: “RESEARCH METHODS TEACHING IN BUSINESS EDUCATION” (GEORGIA CASE IN THE FRAME OF THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL REFORMS)

             Abstract:
It is not self –evident  that knowledge society will become  an inclusive  and improving society, but we know that education  is vital for  economic and social progress . If we will consider  research and innovation as an engine for change , we need to undertake  more specific research  and promote education on a modern scale.  Consider in mind that the developing countries  face many challenges in the market economy which may be consider as one of the important problem of  the research methods teaching in business education. Universities update  more frequently    their curricula and syllabi in order  to have their potential graduates  capable of facing  the challenges of  market competition. But within the process of  research teaching methods, in connection with the  relevant academic literature dealing, must be considered a  related aspects  in the context of global market trends, learning strategies that meet market requirements. 
The paper includes the organization and design of learning process , teaching methodology and methodological innovation, development of information and  knowledge systems, research approaches, research tools and their use,  especially: the mission of the module, teaching methods, State’s requirements,  business development of the state, curricula design and syllabi of the module. 
In this article are discussed alternative approaches to Research Methods Teaching in Business Education  and compares  assumption underlying action oriented approaches. Also, here is  reviewed how to explore the nature of experience  in undergraduate and postgraduate  Research Methods Teaching. It stresses the importance of productive relationship  between Business Education and market competitiveness and in result on improving the understanding  the trends of educational reforms provided by  universities of Georgia. 
 Besides this, there is discussed the role of business education  in building a workforce  as business education   has become an important  part of the  young  generation  for their preparation  for success in business. The main attention is provided  on preparing teaching course material that includes  quality improvement  concepts which could be applied for providing Modern Educational Reforms
In this paper it is argued that quantitative approaches sequentially with the  inclusion in the syllabi  of “Research Methods Teaching in Business Education”  can help  graduates to improve their decision making  and personnel development.  This paper focuses on the different assumptions that are based on the starting point and taking action  within each perspective that is balanced between teaching methods and student’s assessment.
And at last, there is considered the important question: when we can begin to teach the research methods and what research method is the origin for business  education? We decided  it is financial analyze!Keywords:
