In the last twenty years in the Republic of Macedonia (1996-2016) numerous structural reforms and changes in the educational system have been repeatedly funded by external foreign donors. The survey covered a total of 13 primary schools of the cities in Macedonia in the region of Tetovo, Gostivar and Kicevo. In our research important source of information are teachers and school principals. For this occasion 500 primary schools teachers have been selected and are structured according to a settlement in which they work and according to their involvement in project activities of the school where they work. Also through the questionnaire 13 school principals were interviewed.

The results of this survey are processed with quantitative description in their statistical processing is calculated the mean-, arrhythmic environment- standard deviation and t-test and the same are presented in charts. They represent a strong foundation in the field of management and allow the establishment of a legal framework in terms of sustainability, i.e. the institutionalization of change in schools after completing their implementation, a period where their financing ends.
