ExeLearning is a tool of educational innovation and together with ICT has high opportunities to provide quality education. On the other hand, the emotional education is understood as an educational, ongoing process, which aims to promote the development of emotional competencies as an essential element of human development, in order to enable him to life and in order to increase wellbeing and social.
Emotional intelligence, as ongoing process, must be present in secondary and higher education as well as throughout adulthood. Emotional intelligence takes a life cycle approach, which continues throughout life.

Emotional competencies must be understood as a kind of basic skills for the life, essential for the integral development of the personality. They are an indispensable complement of cognitive development. Emotional intelligence is proposed to optimize human development; that is, the integral development of the person (physical, intellectual, moral, social, emotional, etc.).

In addition, some strategic proposals for the implementation of emotional intelligence programs focus on teacher training. Teachers with minimal training can introduce elements of emotional intelligence in their teaching. One of the most appropriate spaces to do is mentoring, whose aim would be the personal and social development, which makes possible the coexistence in democracy and the construction of personal and social welfare. The members of the education community with resources, methodologies, techniques, strategies and activities can contribute by their example to emotional intelligence. It is considered very beneficial for both students and for teachers. Educational innovation is combined with eXelearning and emotional intelligence.

It is considered very interesting for teachers learning innovative educational tools so that students achieve better academic results and the quality of the teaching-learning process increases, while their emotional intelligence, motivation and communication to increase both to the teachers and the other students. In addition, the personal and social development, which makes possible the coexistence in democracy and the construction of personal and social well-being is vital. In this sense, it is important to motivate to want to continue learning, which is a form of emotional intelligence.

The participation and motivation of teachers has been considered very active and positive. All of them have tried to achieve adequate and useful results to improve their teaching. They have shown great interest and enthusiasm to achieve the objectives. They have managed to make significant progress regarding its starting point in the use of ICT with emotional intelligence.

It has been conducted an updated digital material for the students to work using ICT. They have met their objectives and there has been a high degree of involvement of the participants and applied achievements in the classroom. It has been increased interactivity between students and has been increasing motivation. In addition, the students presented a positive and better attitude towards their own learning.
