ExeLearning is a tool of educational innovation and together with ICT has high opportunities to provide quality education. On the other hand, the emotional education is understood as an educational, ongoing process, which aims to promote the development of emotional competencies as an essential element of human development, in order to enable him to life and in order to increase wellbeing and social.
Emotional intelligence, as ongoing process, must be present in secondary and higher education as well as throughout adulthood. Emotional intelligence takes a life cycle approach, which continues throughout life.
