Abstract:
This project endeavors to introduce generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) into university-level courses, specifically targeting programs in Business Administration, Economics and Political Science, and Public Management degrees. The project's overarching goal is to empower both educators and students by harnessing generative AI tools to enhance learning experiences during in-person classes and elevate classroom interactions. The selected subjects for this innovative integration encompass Statistics, Business Mathematics, and Business Management Systems. In alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 (Quality Education) and 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), this initiative aims to promote quality learning.
The key objectives for designing a pedagogical strategy to implement AI in the teaching of Mathematics, Statistics, and Information Technologies disciplines are as follows:
- Identify fundamental AI concepts relevant to the selected subjects.
- Integrate AI into the existing curriculum.
- Develop educational materials and resources optimized for AI integration.
- Design effective pedagogical approaches that maximize the benefits of AI.
- Establish clear assessment criteria to evaluate the impact of AI on learning outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive training guidelines for educators to effectively utilize AI.
- Address ethical considerations in AI integration.
- Draw feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.

The methodology involves a comprehensive approach by incorporating AI into the aforementioned subjects, emphasizing the identification of core AI concepts, curriculum integration, resource development, pedagogical strategies, assessment criteria, teacher training, ethical considerations, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
The educational innovation focuses on introducing generative AI into university teaching, thereby enhancing student preparedness, fostering critical thinking, and enriching classroom interactions. This innovative pedagogical approach harnesses technology to enhance teaching quality, promote active student engagement, and stimulate creativity. The integration of generative AI represents a paradigm shift in educational methodologies, providing new avenues for student participation in mathematical-statistical and business information system topics. Additionally, this project embraces digitalization, enhancing the overall teaching and learning experience.
The development of a robust teaching strategy for the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence into Mathematics, Statistics, and Information Technologies subjects holds great promise for enhancing students' understanding of AI and its practical applications. By achieving the objectives outlined above, educators can empower students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the evolving landscape of AI, fostering not only technical proficiency but also ethical responsibility in their use of AI technologies. This endeavor represents a crucial step toward preparing future professionals who are well-equipped to leverage AI's potential in their respective fields while upholding ethical and societal considerations.
