Abstract:
A growing interest in the individual in the new social economic conditions brings to a new level the notion of the "human capital" as one of the main drivers of the society and economy development. The education of the rising generation comes to the forefront of the educational system. An analytical study of the adolescent maturation problems showed that the main problems of adolescents are associated with self-acceptance, creating a self-concept, with the sphere of motivation and discovering the boundaries of their personality, forming relationships with peers and adults. The construction of a contemporary practical model of adolescent upbringing takes into account the pedagogical network of gymnasium and university interaction, reaches to a new level of possibilities in science and practical work in education. The aim of the work is to find opportunities of consolidating pedagogical efforts and the practical construction of a contemporary model of upbringing following the joint activity type of all the subjects of the educational environment: adolescents, parents, teachers, socially oriented to form a responsible position of a teenager in everyday life. The main methods are scientific theoretical analysis and planning. The model of joint educational activity is based on the ideas of teenagers’ self-government; organization of events in the form of collective creative activity; creating an informational communication environment in an educational institution and interaction with parents. It can be effective in introducing to gymnasium practice and improving the quality and prestige of education, and can be recommended to other schools and gymnasiums where educational programs of basic secondary education are being realized.
