Abstract:

Personality characteristics profile tests can help students determine their talents, hobbies, and potential career alternatives that are most suited to their skill sets. Recently, school students who completed their study were unable to discover the proper personality talents in themselves as a motivating guide in choosing their future career. Furthermore, there is no input of personality talent profile system in Malay language, which is easier to use and better understood by them. Thus, the error of these school pupils is that they do not recognize the personality traits that exist in each of them, which results in the poor job decision or failure to capitalize on their distinct strengths. This paper intends to summarize the development of mobile application of talent and personality tests for students under the control of the Kedah State Zakat Board in order to offer these students with the ability to identify their personality features via the test of the provided criteria. The goal of this mobile application is to evaluate the features of an individual's traits and personalities by answering questions based on their various personalities, which will be used as a guideline for these students to be ready to study or choose a career to the next level. The output will also assist school administration in organizing and providing relevant programs to meet the requirements of their pupils. Thus, it will ensure that each school student under the Kedah State Zakat Board management develops confidence and recognizes their personality traits through this innovation, and the mobile application developed will become a reference platform for students to use in developing their talents and personalities in the future
