Abstract:
The use of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) among private companies and cooperative societies is growing up, not only because of the online benefits but also they are becoming a necessity.

For this case, in Mexico City exists a cooperative society which is dedicated to providing last-mile transportation; it is the last step of commuting, from the massive means to the user´s destination. The area is the historic center and the vehicles they use are called bicitaxis, which are a bicycle attached to a metal structure that can handle maximum three people to commute anywhere in the area. This organization, as being part of the transport sector, they must follow some guidelines to be able to roam the streets. It is very important for organizations such as this one to keep their work up, not only to demonstrate that it is possible to have clean means of transport in the city but also for its workers not to be unemployed.

The purpose of this work is to show how helpful has been using a MOOC to train these workers in their program called zero vision, which is related to zero deaths, zero accidents, and zero road mishaps. The methodology applied was creating in the course four facets, firstly, ethics: human health priority; secondly, responsibility: among providers; thirdly, security, reduction of human errors; finally, mechanisms to change, suppliers willingness to change. The results shows that the group of 20 people that have taken the course are more aware of the risks and how to avoid having accidents.
