Abstract:

Apprenticeship is generally intended for young people between the ages of 16 and 25, although exceptions are possible in some cases. However, it can also be open to job seekers, employees wishing to acquire new skills or change jobs, and people with disabilities.

Apprenticeship training has many benefits for both companies and apprentices. For companies, it allows them to train employees who are directly operational, to reinforce their competitiveness, and to recruit promising talent. For apprentices, it allows them to acquire professional experience, obtain a recognized qualification, and enter the job market more easily. The management of the apprenticeship procedure is carried out through an apprentice's booklet. The apprentice's booklet is a tool that allows apprentices to follow their training and manage their career path online. It also allows the different tutors of the apprentice to have a follow-up on the evaluations and on the progress of their apprentices.

We have developed a digital platform of learning booklet allowing the evaluation and the follow-up of the alternants. This digital platform is called STUDEA. It is an innovative platform and offers functionalities facilitating the management of the alternation procedure.

Through this poster we will present this digital technology and its various innovative technical features applied to apprenticeship and the results obtained on the quality of the follow-up of apprentices.
