Abstract:
In the Master in Secondary Education Teaching, Vocational Training and Language Teaching in Miguel Hernandez University (MASTERPROFUMH from now on), we chose to use Google Apps as the basic tool to provide knowledge, resolve collaborative tasks and manage interaction between professors and students. Google Apps has also been used to manage teaching.

Several tasks have been successfully resolved with Google Apps:
- coordination of teachers and teams of teachers: there are several teacher for each subject, also in different campus
- collaborative development of teaching materials
- collaborative and individual tasks for students through portfolios
- student counceling with Google Groups and Google Hangouts
- delivery tasks through the environment built by Google GClassFolder Complement
- evaluation and autoevaluation with Google Forms.

Moreover, a complex system of rubrics have been developed in order to provide objective evaluation in all subjects (all of them with several teachers), practicum (with academic and professional mentors), and also in the Final Master Work that students must prepare and defend to finish the master and demonstrate all the acquired skills for being a teacher (evaluated by the mentor and several teachers acting as examiners, coming from specialities not necessarily the same that the student’s speciality).

The developed system has been successful in getting the goals in this master.
