Abstract:
This paper tries to describe the evaluation of the process of the project `An INTegral Teacher Training for developing digital and communicative competences and subject content learning at schools.` It is a Socrates-Comenius project financed by the Executive European Commission and has been developed by six Universities: Alcala (Spain, Coordinator of the project), Comenius, Bratislava (Slovakia), Helsinki (Finland), Lisbon (Portugal), Leicester (United Kingdom) and Karadeznic Technical University of Trabzon (Turkey). These Universities have been working together in educational projects dealing with the training of the future teachers of primary and secondary schools. In the case of the project object of this paper, development and improvement of communicative and digital competences are included as main aims to foster significant learning of subject content at schools.

In the project internal evaluation, the University teams, members of the project, have provided their views and opinions about the different aspects of the project:
a) project management, coordination and communication among partners,
b) didactic topics such as outline of the methodology, design, elaboration and implementation of didactic materials, collaboration between Universities and primary and secondary schools, transnational mobility of student teachers during their teacher training,
c) financial issues, etc. University partners have also expressed ideas and suggestions about the possible improvement of the project.

The evaluation questionnaire has been designed by Alcala and Leicester Universities, and has been divided into three sections, the first one dealing with coordination and communication during the project life, the second with the project workpackages and the third with personal and professional outcomes.
