Abstract:
The Bachelor's Degree Final Project is the culmination of the learning of the studies taken where the skills acquired are reflected. This is a research or application paper where students, according to their professional interests and motivations, deepen into some aspect of the chosen specialization.

The Faculty of Business Administration and Management at the Polytechnic University of Valencia grants the Degree in Public Administration.

This paper explains how the Degree's Final Project (DFP) can be approached to improving public administrations and businesses. In this case show as the Degree's Final Project focused on statistical concepts can help improve the Degree in Public Administration on the Faculty of Business Administration and Management.

In 2013-2014 course a student has made the DFP "Satisfaction survey graduate students in the Bachelor of Public Administration. Expectations on employment". This paper makes a study of universities in Spain that provide the degree in Public Administration focusing the study at universities in the Valencia Community with particular interest in the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Also, raises a satisfaction survey of graduates of Degree in Public Administration in order to improve the degree itself. Analysis of the satisfaction survey data presents different actions to the Faculty Management Team should be undertaken in order to improve the grade. Several of the measures being implemented.
