Abstract:
In this paper, different tools, strategies and support techniques are presented. For example, the inventory managed by the vender consisting of aligning purchase orders with production; the use of RFID technology to identify the specifications of each product, to count the daily production, to know its movements, and also to develop a platform that allows access to the existence of inventories. This platform can be viewed from a mobile device in real time and remote without having to be in the business installation. The main objective is to demonstrate how a PYME that has no record control or warehouse space can design its own intelligent storage system in an automated way with less intervention. This will represent a change in costs, space, time and efficiency to avoid losses translated into better decisions that benefit them, in the immediate future and in the long term, presenting a better view of how the company works, and also providing effective customer service. The importance of having an adequate inventory control and management for companies, especially the ones dedicated to the industrial sector where the production of a greater quantity of articles is used in comparison to the retail market, they are represented in expenses for having merchandise in store not managed efficiently. The implementation of this project has a positive impact on the constant development of the skills of those involved from an academic and professional point of view; since they incorporate the knowledge previously learned throughout the career in an integrative project. Keywords:
