Abstract:
With the arrival of new methodological approaches, proposed by EEES (European Higher Education Area), the students of ITA (Technical Agricultural Engineering) at the University of Huelva have used the work team and critical thinking completing a questionnaire in the 2nd and 3nd courses of ITA; it has given students a practical use in these strategies to help them improve their basic descriptive analysis and statistical comparisons. The objective of this study is to analyze how these abilities are acquired (through team work and critical thinking) by the ITA students at the University of Huelva. According to the results obtained, students have positively evaluated the attitude of co-operation in team work, sharing ideas and information with their colleagues, being respectful when differences have arisen, completing a quality work and consulting the teacher when necessary. In general, the students have valued more their practical experience, being more interested from the beginning in their inclusion in the project of organizing and presenting the information they collated despite having to invest a substantial amount of time at it.Keywords:
