Abstract:
For the university’s administrative Management regarding the EHEA (European Higher Education Area) it is required to have a trained, coordinated, motivated and participative administrative staff. For this reason it is needed to have an improvement plan in which it is set a performance protocol for the administrative management, representing this, a key point inside the university community of the Bolonia Process. This improvement plan includes several aspects which objectives are mainly the globalisation of the university operation.

The plan must have an integration of the operation and ordination of the administrative staff members into the General Plan of the University.

One point to underline is the transversity between the different vice-rectors and departments. The transversity does not mean the loosing of identity and function of each negotiated but the collaboration that favours the fluent traffic of information, indispensable fact for an agile university.

It is also important the identity of the own entity which in this case is characterized by:
- Christian and humanistic orientation.
- Search for the excellence in all spheres.
