Abstract:
The paper presents a project experience started as part of the youth training of the Caritas decanale di Lecco (in the Lombardy region - northern Italy) and carried out at the Casa della Carità of Lecco with the aim of promoting training moments oriented towards the personal growth of the participants on the issues of charity.

The paper is organized in four parts.

The first part synthetically presents the InFormaL Project starting from the local context (territorial, social and sociological) with the aim of understanding educational needs and training emergencies.

The second part introduces the methodological approach and the structure of the training path (tree of experiences and informal relationships) highlighting the correlation between the service environments of the Casa della Carità in Lecco and the activation of experiential workshops.

The third part presents five experiential workshops in detail (City Telling, Dreams & Needs, Clothes and Habits, Communication Dynamics, Living the Conflict) summarizing all the moments constituting each workshop: from the conception to the design of the training tools, from the implementation of the educational moments to rereading the results of the training dynamics that emerged from the discussion with the participants.

The fourth part describes possible developments of the project both starting from the verification indicators and the rereading of the experiences carried out, and from new interactions with local realities present with the aim of creating a multipolar training system.
