Abstract:
In the present work there are analyzed different methodologies faced to the education of the subject of Applied and Environmental Chemistry to students of the first course of the degree in Engineering of Ways, Channels and Ports, and in the degree in Agriculture Technical Engineering, both in the University of Burgos.
There are compared in this study methodologies related to a classic teaching of the Environmental Applied Chemistry subject, with others where innovative spaces are used. Some of the studied methodologies implied a different dedication of the time spent by the students to the subject, as of a roll also differently on the part of the teacher at the time of tackling the teaching of this matter to this pupils' group.
Different results are quantified, so much at the time of materializing the evaluation of the knowledge acquired on the part of the students, as on the part of the workmanship that help to develop. In the same way two applied methodologies are analyzed critically and there is enumerated a series of considerations that allow his optimization.
Finally, the same way there is prepared a series of considerations related to the implantation of the European Space of Higher Education to the Applied and Environmental Chemistry education in the first courses of the degrees of engineering.
