Abstract:
Experimental training through laboratories plays a major role in the Scientific and Technical Education. Beyond the use of the traditional laboratory, in relation with the use of present communication resources and learning management systems through the Internet, we propose the inclusion in the syllabus of laboratories to allow a real experimentation through remote access. In this paper we describe the “Remote Laboratory of Electronic Physics” (Laboratorio Remoto de Física Electrónica) wholly developed in the National University of Rosario (Universidad Nacional de Rosario) as a complementary didactic resource for the training of engineers in the area of scientific and technical foundations of common electronic devices. We introduce two different ways of syllabus integration of such remote laboratory and we comment on the results of its evaluation within the regular course of Physics IV.
